If you were an employer and you get a bunch of people contacting you by email and asking you for job offers so they can immigrate, what would you do?
If I were in that situation, I would probably offer AEO's for $5,000 a piece
Really, if the employer can find somebody in Canada, they will not bother with an AEO. If you can convince them that you are better than any Canadian or you are in a field that there is a shortage, the employer may consider giving you a job offer so you can immigrate but keep in mind that he will still be waiting for you for several months if not longer and he has no guarantee after all his troubles that you will actually come and work for him when you get PR.
Companies who are into hiring foreigners (usually because they are cheaper) are more likely to try to get an LMO for you and offer you to come on a temporary work permit. You may work there for 6 months before they agree to apply for PNP with you (you have to prove your worth) and then the PNP and PR will take a year or so and you have to stay with this employer in the meantime so he gets a lot more out of it than just giving you an AEO and have you come and maybe work for him but with PR already and free to leave at any time.
That's the ugly truth of it anyway. There are also people who sell AEO's and no, do not sent me private message asking where to get one because I would not know. I would not trust somebody like that. In the end, you pay a lot of money with no guarantee of success.
Last but not least, here are all my job websites: Good luck!
