If your sister is completely alone in Canada so no spouse, no kids, no relatives in Canada, and your parents are deceased... only then she can sponsor you and your family (if your kids qualify as dependents).

If above does not apply to your sister, then she can't sponsor you. You will need to research the immigration routes to Canada, and see if you qualify for anything. If you qualify you submit an application, if you don't qualify you can't immigrate here.

thank you so much for your reply,
my sister she's married and she got 2 kids so can you provide me any other options?

In that case your sister cannot sponsor you. If you wish to immigrate to Canada you will have to qualify on your own through one of the economic immigration streams like Federal Skilled Worker / Express Entry or a Provincial Nomination stream. You will need to spend time reading through these programs in detail to see what it takes to qualify. You can find this information here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/apply.asp
