How to write experience in profile for LMIA

So this is my situation:

I started working as a cook last year, and was employed under my original visa(PGWP), which has expired this June. Then I have been approved for LMIA, and my LMIA came through by August this year. (So between PGWP's expiry and LMIA, I was still working in the same company with same job title under bridging work permit)

In express entry profile, the work experience has a section saying "Which of these categories does this person's job fall under". This asks me to choose between 1. no work permit required/2. work permit required but no LMIA required/3. work permit and LMIA required.

Should I split this work experience in two sections(Before approved for LMIA & was under PGWP/working under LMIA visa)? And if I am to split my work experience into two parts, which date should I put as a starting date for my LMIA work experience? Would it be the expiry of my PGWP(the date I started working under my bridging work permit), or when LMIA visa was issued? (eg. Experience 1 w/ PGWP: 2018.09-2019.06 / Experience 2 w/ LMIA closed work visa: 2019.06-Today)

If not, should I put them as a same experience? Which of three(1. no work permit required/2. work permit required but no LMIA required/3. work permit and LMIA required. ) do I need to select in that case?

I am really confused because technically, I now require LMIA to work in Canada(since it's what got me approved for my closed work permit) but I was not in the past when I worked under the open work permit(PGWP).

Here's my timeline for your reference:
2018.09 Started working as cook @company
2019.mid 06 LMIA approved
2019.late 06 Open work permit expired-started working under bridging work permit
2019.08 LMIA visa issued

I tried to search the forum & web, but couldn't really find anything that falls exactly under my situation. Thank you very much in advance!
