Hello Aroonabi,

They are currently issuing AoRs to first week of February applicants and some second week applicants got it as well, so your AoR might well be on its way. If you want to withdraw your application, contact them using fax or email (now!) requesting the same. You will have a fair chance at least if you send your withdrawal request before acknowledgement. Usually, they don't refund the fees after AoR, but you might have a chance since your old draft is expired which cannot be en-cashed by OINP.

When one applicant requested for withdrawal on a Sunday, they sent him his AoR the next day, Monday, followed by an email acknowledging his withdrawal request which says,

"Thank you for your email.

The withdrawal request will be considered and you will be notified when a decision is made.

Please be advised, that Application fees are non-refundable. Since the application fee helps pay for the cost of processing applications, it will not refunded even if the application is not successful, or if you withdraw the application at any stage of the process, or if the province cancels or withdraws the nomination.

Thank you for your interest in our program"

He is yet to get his old DD back. Keep following up with them to get your old DD in case you need that for cancelling it.

Hope this helps :)
