How to with draw money from Concordia University

Hello All, My application has been refused 3 times for study permit I have submitted my tuition fee in advance through western union now how can I withdraw my money back any help will be appreciated.

contact university for refund request and after that u will get ur money back in ur account.
If u dont mind can u please tell me the reason for ur refusal and what was ur profile like marks in ielts , btech, 10th 12th
