Hello,
By the grace of GOD, I have been accepted at CUCA for Fall 2014 and I need to Wire transferred $2500 for pre-registration.
I would like to know the process to make the Wire transfer from Pakistan.

I am sorry if it is a dumb question, I am still new to all these money transferring stuff.

Could anyone guide me?

1.Get the wire transfer details from the uni's website.
2.Take those details to your bank and tell them to transfer the money. In the comments of wire transfer mention your Name,Student number,Program and purpose of money in your case pre-reg.
3.Take the TT receipt from the bank after the transaction and send it to the uni and request for the fee receipt.

I did go to the Bank, but according to them, My account is not international (Foreign Currency account), so I couldn't make wire transfer.
Is there any other way ?

There are few ways to do wire transfer (or remittance) from Pakistan.
1) From a foreign currency account, if you have.
2) Take equivalent cash plus more for transfer charges in pkr to a money changer they will take your details and do it. A bit risky and in this way refund is not possible to same channel if your study permit is not granted.
3) Not sure about all banks but few banks allow to do wire transfer or remittance from pkr currency account to foreign currency only for educational purposes. Like UBL.

Or else if you know someone who is having foreign currency account you can use his/her account to pay your fees if they allow you.

go to any exchage house and pay. send the copy of your receipt of payment to the university stating that u have paid this.
