How to use webform to inform CIC of payment of RPRF?

Hello all, just looking for some info about how to use the webform. CIC emailed me asking me to pay the fee which I did and they did say I could fax or mail confirmation of payment or use webform online. I did fax the receipt but I also would like to submit a webform to make sure the office in Singapore gets it. We submitted my husband's outland application to Mississauga where my sponsorship application was approved and my husband's PR application went to Singapore. So which country should I put when it asks where the application was sent to? And generally how long does it take to get PPR after paying the fee? How do I go about uploading the receipt? Or can I do that on ecas or myCIC?

Do you mean email the high commission in singapore? Will this delay my application?

If their correspondence states to email to them, email to them. If it states fax, fax. But if you are just doing a backup to make sure that they get it, just use the form I showed you and create a Case Specific Enquiry.

Not having paid the RPRF upfront will cause delay until they get it.
