How to Update provincial preference on Express entry profile

Dear All,

Can somebody please advise me as to how can I update my provincial preference on Express Entry Application. I comes in start and I think I have messed up.. I want to check all of the provinces..

After logging into MY CIC account, view the submitted application. Then click on the section of "Application Details"and select the provinces of your interest.

Do the Choice of provincial preference being asked while filling the EE form makes our application specific for the particular province?
