How to update PR case file?

Is there any specific form for submitting documents to update the existing PR file in Buffalo? Or I can simply send the document mentioning my file number on it. For example, I have already submitted my PR file with a more than 6 months old police clearance certificate. However, I have obtained an up to date police clearance certificate, recently.

There is no form to submitt with any updates you want to send, untill unless they ask you to send any specific form. Just write a letter mention your file number name address etc and give the detail of submitting documentsand.
