How to transfer money from multiple currency forex card to local Canadian bank

I landed in Vancouver,and I got multiple currency forex card. Anyone has idea that how can i tranfer money from forex card to local bank account other than cash withdrawal and deposit.

Hi,

you have to withdraw and deposit money to your account. Some ABM's will not charge you any service charge for Withdrawal. But many will charge you $3.00 as Service charge.

Please call your customer care and identify ABM that will not charge you any service charge.
