family forgot the PR card of one of my child here....they had no problem as were returning within 6 months of landing........how can I take his PR card....the safest way......in the handbag with other paper and cards or in the luggage

With proof of your son's identity and a clear explanation if asked, I don't see why a parent shouldn't be allowed to carry this document. Some people get friends or family to mail them.
