How to take medical exam before it is requested?

I heard that the process of having medical exams takes about 3 weeks. Is it possible to have the medical exam done before it is requested? In that case, we can make use of the time while we are waiting for the request and send the medical results right after it is requested. Will this save us 3 weeks? If this is possible, how could I do it?
