How to submit the certificate of readiness?

Hello guys, my file has been selected under less complex processing. I just need to submit my evidence and certificate of readiness within 15 days. I was going to talk to an lawyer on march but now it seems too late and it’s impossible to contact a lawyer now. However I have all the relevant evidence and I will submit them by myself by email. On that note, I do not know how to submit the certificate of readiness, do I fill up the physical paper and mail it or I can just scan it and email them.

You can opt to do both, email or mail then call to follow up before 15days lapse
