how to submit proof of a bank loan?

Hi,

One of the visa requirements is to provide proof of a bank loan and i have a loan.
Do I need a declaration from the bank stating the loan that I have?
I only have bank statement with the transaction of the loan falling into my account and also the contract which is 6 pages long.

You need to provide loan sanction letter provided to you by the bank. If they haven't provided, then you need to ask for one
