How to submit medicals 2nd time after 1st one is expired?

I have a study permit.
My old medicals expired. I got a mail saying it is expired and I need to retake medicals. I took medicals and I uploaded medicals acknowledgement using webform. I got a reply saying. Since you already have an approved study permit, we wont be able to add this document to the same application. How to notify IRCC about my new medical?

I raised multiple web forms and one other web form to New York office. I dont know who updated it. My status is now valid.

How long did it take to update from invalid to valid?

It was within 24 hours since I raised forms and it had changed from invalid to valid(I did not receive any notification for this). Not sure if it was webforms that changed the status.
I gave my test on 4th June(In new york). The medical center updated the result to IRCC on 20th June. Status changed on 1st July. I got another email with attchment today (7th july)from IRCC that my medicals are updated and I can travel to Canada. I already entered Canada on 6th July.
