How to start up PR process as a Skilled Worker...pls help

Sat Sri Kal to all PUNJABIS.....
Hello to all frndz....I just decided today to apply for Canadian PR as a skilled worker
I am working as a Exploration Geophysicst...
I have done quite a bit of research and willing to know more....I have seen that there are a lot of Wise and Intelligent people discussing things here.....
Any idea or suggestions to start PR process will be appreciated.....
