Hello,
I am currently thinking about immigrating to Canada. I am actually kind of lost, not sure how to start this process. I am hoping you can guide me through this journey.
I am a 30 year old English Instructor at a university in Turkey. I lived in Boston for four years and completed my masters degree on Higher Education Administration at Northeastern University. Currently, I both teach English and work for our school's curriculum development office.
I am thinking and hoping to find a similar position in Canada, at the same time, I am planning to pursue my Ph.D studies.
I was also a US green card holder, my green card hasn't been expired yet, but I haven't been to US since 2016, so I believe because of the abandonment of my status, it is not valid anymore.
So ,what should I do to start this immigration process? What would you recommend for me start my life in Canada in the field of education?
Best,
Dora
