how to start looking for a job in canada while in singapore?

i just arrived in singapore now with an employment pass. im planning to apply for any job in canada. is it advisable to course my application to a canadian agency here? if yes, do you know any accredited agencies here? do you know the immigration office in singapore? thank you in advance..
