Please suggest how I can stamp a passport with a PPR in Canada if the application was submitted in another country?
I thought about raising a web form but IRCC usually doesn't reply quickly and I need to submit the passport within 30 days.
The link I was given in a PPR email just contains all of the VACs worldwide. Can I just send the passport to the Ottawa's office mentions among others in the email?
