Hi All,
My daughter is born in United States and she have come recently and staying with me now. Since she don't require any visa she came here. Now I want to apply PR card for her. My Question is: in what category i should apply, Whether she is inside Canada or outside Canada? Which process will be sooner? She will not get any benefits as she is in a visitor category until she gets her PR. Now i have taken a private insurance for her. I am struggling to meet the expenses as i have to find a suitable job first.
Do i need to take medical test for her to attach with the application?
Is anyone with the same case? Please give me your suggestion and help..

Thanks

1. Was she born before or after you got PR?

2. If before did you list her in your PR application forms?

There is no inland for children so do the outside Canada application forms and send to Mississauga. You can ask the health care if they will cover her based on that you are covered by health care as a PR and she is your dependent child who is being sponsored.
