How to sponsor my sister

I am on PR Visa, landed in Canada in Ontario on 31.3.2016. I want to sponsor my sister on PR Visa, She lives in India. She is married and has two kids. How many options are available? Can I sponsor her for PR Visa on 1) Sponsorship 2) Express Entry 3) Provincial Nomination Programs?

No - it's not possible to sponsor your sister for PR. Based on your previous emails on this forum, your mother is alive.

In order to sponsor your sister, both of your parents would have to be deceased, you would have to have no spouse or common law partner and no children - and you would also have to have no relatives in Canada (e.g. aunt, uncle). You don't meet these requirements since your mother is still alive and cannot sponsor your sister.

If she wishes to immigrate, she will have to qualify on her own through an economic immigration program like Express Entry.
