hi all , this my first post i want to know how can i sponser my sister actully my bro-in law passed away last year , sheand doin job(manager bank) but her field of job tittle doent fall in demand list ,i m soo confused plz help me how i can i help her ,

The only way you can sponsor your sister will be through a Provincial nominee program...you as a sponsor will need to meet certain requirments to qualify.....

The OP is not a PR yet so the answer is NO, you cannot sponsor her.

When you are landed, you can check out the Provincial Nominee Programs in your home province to see if they have a family stream. Not all provincies have these. I know Alberta and Nova Scotia do. BC and Ontario don't.
