You can't "change" your LMIA. Your new employer needs to obtain a new LMIA and then you can apply for a new work permit.

Ok thanks
Then what should My new employer start first
Depending on the NOC level of the job, start advertising for employees on the job bank and 1 or 2 other sites for a minimum of 1 month. Then the employer can submit the LMIA. Has to demonstrate that no Canadians/PR were qualified/available for the job and that salary was above the medium wage.
