How to sign form in online study permit

Hello,

I am going to apply online so I want to know how to sign the family information form. I am required to sign it since I have no spouse and children. Should I write my name on the place of the signature or just date it and leave it blank. I am confused and would be grateful if somebody helps me. Thank you.

When you are about submitting, the system will generate a signing page for all your uploaded documents.

On the family form the is a section for you and your immidiate Family. Parents and Siblings. you have to fill. answer the questions accordingly. Any question that does not apply to you you write N/A please dont leave a space or box without filling it.
