How to show ties in your ome country. Please help!

What are the main things one can use to show proof of ties to his home country. This is one of the reasons why most visas are refused. So lets try to find out what are the things to proof ties then.

Thanks for the information. I have a plot, my daughter and i am building presently, think i will show this as proof of ties.

Do i have to put the documents of the property to my documents of only mention it?

It is important to note and understand how one can show ties to their home country.

In your case it is simple, you can get a translated document in English of evidence of your plot of land from the proper authorities, with that you can attach a letter stating family ties like having a daughter in home country and that she expects you to return back after completion of studies .

Thanks for the information. I will do so. My only fear about the student visa is , because i have a pending Pr application going on. i know one other person is this forum who was given student visa with a pending Pr application. I will see what they say about my application before the time i will apply for the student visa. I will know the results of my admission by end of March.

Obeid Please tell me how to show the property evaluation. someone told me an architect is the authorized person but some says notery public is enough to verify ur property assets so which one is better?

Public notary is fine , if u want to spend some unwanted cash then u can hire an architect to it , results are same .
