How to show property in study permit applications. . . Kindly Help

Hello Guys,

Ma visa got refused bcoz i didnt showed home ties. Now i have enough bank balance, But i want to show ma dad's property. We purchased that property 10 years ago and now current rate of flat is Rs 1 Cr. . .so to show that i have a flat that is of 1Cr.?
Is there anyone who had provided property document or valuation document and got visa. . . .

Home ties means property or fixed deposits on ur name..so that u will back in india to claim it..
