How to show Intra-company Work experience in express entry

I have one query related express entry related to Intra-company transfer

I have worked in an organization for 5 years and during this period through intra-company transfer i worker in Canada for 6 months.. Later i came back to India and continued in same organization

Do i need to show this Canada experience separately( Split the 5 years) or I can show it as 5 years in parent organization

You don't have to split your experience. Just mention a line in the experience certificate that "during his tenure, he worked at our regional offices in X, Y, and Canada under the same designation."
