How to show home-ties ( Spouse )

Hi,
I would like to know how can a wife with no children show home-ties when she is applying to visit her husband on study visa in Canada? What are possible things a VO might look for?

Also, the wife do not have any travel history.. funds to declare is around $12000.. visit length, can be anything, 1 - 3 months
