how to send my documents

I received this message and i don't know how to send these documents

do i send them by Fax or mail

please help

Contact them asap and ask them how to send these documents.
By the way, you do not need a translation for Police certificate. its info is already in Arabic and English. and it takes one day to be processed.

You can send these documents via email and for that you have to use the case specific inquiry link of your country and there you will get another link to give documents wanted from you. If you have applied online then there should be empty section in the application where you can upload the documents. Or you can use Fax also.
