how to send my documents by email

Hello everyone!

Anybody has ever encountered receiving a letter from Immigration asking for additional docs and at the end of the letter it says that:

IMPORTANT: TO FACILITATE EXPEDITIOUS PROCESSING, PLEASE RETURN

A COPY OF THIS LETTER (WITH BARCODE) AS THE COVERING PAGE TO ANY SUBMISSIONS YOU SEND TO OUR OFFICE


im about to send my documents thru email but how can I returen thus? does it mean that I need to attach this email again from them togeteher with my other documents? thankyou

You have to send them back a copy of the letter/email they sent you requesting the additional documents. It helps them understand the purpose of your documents submission.

but is it by courier or an email? if in email, how can i return the letter? i will attach them again?

Don't they mention how or where to send it?
Anyhow, you will need to print it; if you're sending by email then you will have to send as pdf I guess, and if by mail then just put the printed copy as a cover page like they're saying in their letter.

they said if original documents were requested, by courier
then submitt doucuments unless specefically to pass original, should be sent as an email attachment.

I am sending written submissions and other supporting documents . so it means that several documents i am sending.

for example ,
i will compose an email then i will attach all the documents but the first attachment should be the email that came from the embassy right?
