How to send more supporting document

I wonder if it's possible to send more supporting document to singapore VO and what is the best way to do it, e-mail, snail mail or both. I have to change residential address for my wife and I would like to send more supporting document at the same time like money transfer receipt or chat history since we send the application!

You can send additional supporting info through the case specific inquiry link: https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx
Mailing address can be changed using ECAS, online, it will take a few weeks for the change to appear there though.

you can change your/her address on ECAS , assume you would have now.
you can send more supporting docs through carrier (UPS,DHL) or post service with register mail.

if VO did not request any supporting docs, they did not process your file yet or satisfy what you sent.
so you can send it when you are requested to send more.
