How to send documents to WES?

Due to change in rules with effect from 1 December, 2018, for Indians, documents are to be directly sent to WES by the concerned institute/university/college.
However, the Mumbai University and my college do not provide any service of sending the documents to WES on their own. They give the documents in a sealed envelope.

My college is in Vile Parle and University campus in Churchgate. So I will have 2 separate envelopes to send, one from college and another from the University.

Kindly advice as to how should I courier the documents to WES.

If you get the sealed envelop from both of your educational institutions, then simply go to any courier service and send then to WES. Now the main point is, mention the institution name in the sender information and WES information in the receiver information when sending you documents.

The important thing is the sealed envelope with the institution stamp across the envelope. Do mention you reference number on the envelope as well.

This way WES will receive the documents as the official documents from the institution. You need to send the document separately for each institution. I did the same for my evaluation and it was accepted without any problem.
