How to send documents from Pakistan to Memorial University for admission

Hello,
I have applied for undergraduate program in memorial university of newfoundland as an international student, now for the admission process the university wants me to send them the documents directly to them through the authorized institutes, Can anyone who has this kind of experience please tell me how can I send the attested/verified copy of my Intermediate (12th) certificate to the university directly through the authorized institute, I know that it includes some kind of WES for completion but I don't know how to do the process. Like on the other hand sending the IELTS additional TRF is the easiest process than I expected, but sending this Intermediate certificate has the quite complex process I think.

Condition:
I have got the Original Intermediate Certificate (12th) & Matriculation Certificate (10th) attested from BISE Lahore already. I just don't know what to do next.

You can go to board office... tell them that you want to send a verified copy of your degree to a foreign university in a sealed envelope. They will ask you address of where to send the sealed envelope containing verified document. Here, you have 2 options!

1- Give them university's address and they will send it for you. Not sure when uni will receive and how to follow up.

2- Give them your address and they will send the packet to your home. You dont have to open it. When you receive it, go to Fedex and send it to your university. It will reach within 3 days and you will get a tracking number to track the document.

I used option 2 with Federal board.

Thanks for your reply, The Board (BISE LAHORE) is saying something about WES, like they will send the documents to WES and WES will send them to the University in Canada, But the University (Memorial University of Newfoundland) in which I have applied for admission just wants the certified/attested photocopy of the certificate (Intermediate) sent to them by the authorized institutes. So Can I send the documents without WES, because they will evaluate my certificate to the Canadian Standards and then send the evaluation to the university for admission. I have also e-mailed the university about this as well.
