We were born and married in the Philippines and acquired property in our native land in 2008 ( as Filipinos of legal age). We immigrated to Canada in 2015 and are now divorced. I retained my Filipino citizenship and he did not, he is now a Canadian citizen. Can we sell our property, by him giving me a SPA as a Canadian citizen even if the property is titled under our name as Filipinos? Thank you sincerely.
