Hi everyone. I need your help to figure out things and want to ask your experiences. I will moving in Toronto with work permit visa. Knowing that under the work visa, I only can import my car as temporarily which also means I can not sell it upon my end of work in Canada. But I'm not originally from US and will go back to my country, I want to sell it in Toronto.
Then, do I have any way to sell my temporarily imported car in Canada? I don't think I can upgrade my visa status to imigrant.
Also I'm thinking about importing back US and sell it in US, maybe Buffalo,NY.
But I am not sure if I will be able to import back my car to US and get a new license plate, because I am not US resident and do not have US address, and I only have a tourism VISA and drivers license of Hawaii.
I assume that to buy a car, they need a state registration and license plate.
Do you think am I able to cross the border and sell my car in US without getting a new registration or license plate?
I'm not shabby with this cross-border things and am really appreciate if you can help me.
