How to retrieve online application if account has been reset?

I lost track of my online application after i accidentally reset my account. Im trying to retrieve it by filling all relevant info but notjing works.
I also tried by uci no and application no . However i found my old application which has been refused but not new ones.

Help please!!

You shouldn't have reset it. One of my buddies faced a similar problem couple of years back. He had a consultant though help him out.
