How to request the inland landing appointment.

Hi, Im trying to call cic to request the appointment for the inland landing near toronto. But I cannot find the option on the menu. Can someone help me with this please?.

Which options should I select in order to request the appointment.

when i called i selected new pr card option and pressed 0 to talk to agent. my wait time was 30 mins. you can call them between 8am and 4am monday to friday.
today I completed my landing in Ottawa

can we go to Ottawa office any Tuesday or just every 2 and 4th Tuesday to complete landing process?
also is it a problem for someone from Toronto to do landing at Ottawa office,I am planning to visit Ottawa so want to complete the landing process there?

You cannot do landing directly without an appoinment. You must have to call IRCC to schedule your landing interview.

As per this thread no appointment required at Ottawa office on 2 & 4th Tuesday of every month.
