I am currently residing in Nepal but my funds are in my US bank (TD bank). When I initially filed my application (quite a long while back) I was in the US so I was able to go to the bank myself and request for the balance certificate. However, since I'm now not there anymore, how could I go about requesting for this document?
Also, upon reading the POF requirements, it doesn't say that it needs a signature so is it really required or not?
