I am experiencing a technical issue with the tracker and suspect many others do. Without disclosing the nature of the issue, I would like to share it with the IRCC team. The "Report a problem or a mistake on this page" button is useless as it takes me to a page (https://www.canada.ca/en/report-problem.html) which a bunch of options and when I select any of them, the page refreshes to itself.
Is there a tried and tested way of reporting technical issues, please share. Thank you in advance.
