How to recieve an ECA ( Educational Credential Assessment ), for pharmacists

I'm an egyptian pharmacist and I'm preparing my documents to send them to PEBC so that I complete the step of " Document Evaluation " , I would like to obtain an ECA ( Educational Credential Assessment ) from PEBC, because it is required for my canadian immigration express entry profile, so I want to ask about :

1- how should I send the request form for an ECA ? should I put it in the same envelope that contains the Document Evaluation printed application? or should it be in another envelope ?

2- how should I pay the fees for ECA ? is there a way to pay in PEBC website by credit card ? or should I put the money in the same envelope containing the ECA request form ?

According to what I read on pebc website and that is what i did you can send eca request form with your document evaluation application envelop, only in that case you will not need to pay for eca,but if you finished document evaluation then you want to send eca request form then you will need to pay 100 usd
