Hi. I have a unique situation where I was determined criminally inadmissable was issued a year long TRP for short notice business visits. I went through the lengthy process of applying and including everything in the checklist form IMM 5939. Now I need to reapply but I can't find out how. The extending TRP form IMM 5708 has sections where I need to include my Canadian address but I don't have one.... The form seems to assume I life in Canada and am trying to extend. Is this not the right form to fill out? Do I need to reapply using the same original applications forms? If so, do I need to resubmit all the same paperwork customs must have from my last application? (court documents, personal statements describing arrest, prove of completion of rehabilitation) Any help would be greatly appreciated. I just don't want to fill out the wrong form and find out months later that I need to restart... Thank you in advance for any guidance anyone could provide.
