How to provide supporting docs after submitting PR file. URGENT

I received PNP nomination and submitted my PR application as well after ITA. However, I received my PNP certificate by mail a week after submitting my PR application.

My question is how can I provide this certificate to CIC after submitting PR application, this certificate is required supporting document?

It is urgent. Please advice.

I am bit concerned because they refused my BOWP stating PNP certificate was missing while I selected the option that I received Pnp nomination.

So since I claimed same in my PR application, I do not want my PR application to get refused.

Is there any link or email I can update cic?
