I am doing a visitor visa application for my parents and have encountered a problem with the banking aspect. Last time (about 3 years ago), I have already amde a first application for them and used the tpsgc pwgsc gc ca link to get an exchange rate between the CAD and the currency in my country of origin, however this year, this website seems to have ceased to operate. My question is: Is there any reliable website that you can use which show the exchange rate between CAD and my country's curreny as well as the exact date and time I have made the request (that last aspect is the one missing on sites like xe.com for example).
