My question is how do you prove that my dad's a senior manager experience?
He is the sales manager leading a team of sales representative and marketing people and all the sales order and emails are sent and issued to his name. He has many order record that sent from customers and signed by him and also emails. But he doesn't own the company so he can't provide any financial numbers..but in the applications, it does asks for financial numbers for the company.
So what is the major evidence they need to check for senior manager experience?
