How to proof my Job??

Dear All
I am a phrmacist from Egypt, I am working now as a university researcher abroad.
I worked in a phrmacy from 1999-2004 as a part time job. But with no taxes or pension. How can I proof this job?? Is it enough to get a letter from the pharmacy??

You need your employment contract and a reference letter from phramacy on their letter head with your job duties, hours per week, designation, salary to prove the employment
