Hello guys,

I plan to submit my application by the end of oct, now in the process of preparing reference letter for the Job I am working at right now. Do not know how to prepared the "total earning during employment"?

Since my biweekly pay cheque is 2 weeks late than the calendar date, for example if the reference letter is dated as oct 29, then the most recent pay stub I get from payroll will from oct 9 to oct 20. In that case, I have 9 days short in terms of gross earning....l

Does anyone have the similar experience? What will u guys suggest to include in the reference letter than?

Thanks a lot in advance

The checklist requests "total annual salary plus benefits,", which is not the same as "total earnings during employment.

If you are not a salaried employee, then you do not have an annual salary. You will have to state the terms by which you are compensated (e.g. $xx.xx per hour).

Of course you will also have to state how many hours per week you work.
