how to prepare for an updated documents to London VO..?

Hi all,

I would appreciate if someone with good experience with london visa office can assist me on how to prepare for an updated documents.


i sent my app FSW1 ,on 21 dec 2011, got PER on 24 Feb 2012, London visa office,NOC 7242............but unfortunatenly i found out few ducuments need to be resent.

1- my wife`s PCC got wrong Date of birth, i got a new one with corrected date of birth.
2- sent copy of my work experience and bachelor degree now got notorized copies will send them also.
3- change of passports of me and my spouse,,same nationality but with new hard copy passports with different passport numbers but got UAE visa on the originals but their validity were just expired ,hence we got new ones.

is there a specific new form to be downloaded from CIC website and filled along with the updated documents

please note i still didnt got any request from london visa office to update my documents......i am doing this to avoid prolonged delay in my application if they found out those mistakes in my documents..

i forgot one more thing

what is the address of the london visa office?

shall i write my UCI on top of the envelope.....or shall i write an explanation letter and included it with the updated documents....?

Write your file no there and also write in bold ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS. Thanks
