how to pay under GIC..??

can anyone help me how to pay for the same..do i have to make first account in that bank..can i transfer money from my agen's account...??and can i transfer from electronic card etc..ie visa card,debit card etc..help me its urgent..

you need a account in any bank with amount of equielent to 10050$ every bank has facility to do wire/bank transfer..n u cant send money by any visa or debit card..
