My main question is how to pay Right of permanent residence fee (Landing fee) if not paid at the time of submission of PR application.
Separately, has anyone submitted their passport to Canadian Embassyi in Abu Dhabu, UAE for visa stamping. I have submitted my passport to them 2 weeks back and still waiting to hear from them. I didn't pay my landing fee upfront and now awaiting their e-mail on instructions on how to do the same as nothing is appearing in my online account. Don't know how long the process is going to take,
