guys can anyone tell me if its ok if Ive printed my application and can write like see attached paper number proof for E ticket and visa and stuff like that or that seem a bit weird but im freaked out of how to organize my proofs thanks.

Always assume that they have no idea where to look for proof. Create a Table of Contents for each section, use tabs if you have to, and always state in the answer to each question where to refer to for additional evidence.
